Perverted Wisdom 
There are plenty of uncaring and uninformed among both liberals and conservatives. The thin parts are just those who haven’t made up their mind. Although, since about 30-40% of voters aren’t going to show up to vote, the “uncaring” group is probably at least as big as liberals or conservatives.
